GCSE ART: Me, Myself and I Final Piece

Technically this isn't the FINAL final piece but the A3 copy in my sketchbook but the final piece is identical to this once - just double the size at A2 and also somewhere in my attic  . Made in Year 11 - the final outcome of a unit based around Me, Myself and I.

A mixed media fantasy-ish self-portrait (although my hair is short and dark brown now), representing my hobbies and thoughts. It was made predominantly with watercolour but also gouache paints (I think), silver gel pen and black fineliner. It also contains old book pages, since I like reading  .

All in all I'm quite proud of it - and myself. This was the point in my life when my art really started to improve (I'm currently taking at at A-level).
